Kevin Ngala is the Founder and CEO of Med Tech Resonance, a firm at the forefront of healthcare innovation, cybersecurity solutions, and U.S.–Africa trade facilitation. A Cameroonian-born U.S. Marine veteran, Kevin’s journey embodies resilience, leadership, and global impact.

Kevin immigrated to the United States in pursuit of educational and professional advancement, beginning his distinguished military career as a Tank Crewman in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he deployed to Fallujah, Ramadi, and Al-Asad during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His dedication to service led him to transition to the U.S. Air Force, where he rose to the rank of Major, serving in key roles such as Public Health Officer, Global Health Officer, and Medical Stability Operations Action Officer.

Throughout his military career, Kevin played a pivotal role in global health security and military medical operations, contributing to:

  • Supporting Wounded Warrior Project initiatives in Georgia.
  • Assisting in the development of tactical battlefield medicine programs to enhance military medical readiness in Ukraine.
  • Combating HIV and multi-drug-resistant TB in Moldova.
  • Spearheading the construction of a joint multinational deployable field hospital for peacekeeping operations, disaster response, and NATO medical capabilities across six West Balkan nations.

Following his military service, Kevin transitioned into global health leadership, serving as an Epidemiologist with the U.S. Department of State, focusing on global health security, international health diplomacy, and strategic policy development.

As the driving force behind Med Tech Resonance, Kevin combines his expertise in global health, data analytics, and international business strategy to develop scalable, high-impact solutions. Under his leadership, Med Tech Resonance has established itself as a leading Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), leveraging joint ventures, strategic alliances, and federal contracting to bridge U.S. and African markets. His work continues to galvanize entrepreneurs, veterans, and industry leaders, equipping businesses with the tools to navigate complex markets, drive innovation, and unlock new economic opportunities.
